Ordering & personalization

How do I send you my photo and names?

Right on the product page. Choose your size, upload your photo, and type your names, family name, Est. year, or message in the personalization fields above the Add to Cart button. Everything is saved with your order.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where every face is visible and in focus. Phone photos work beautifully — aim for at least 1500 pixels on the longest side and avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or motion blur. Candid moments are welcome; our artists keep the likeness true while turning it into watercolor.

Can I include pets, grandparents, or a larger group?

Yes. Our portraits work for any number of people, and pets are always welcome. For very large groups, a landscape orientation and a larger size will keep every face clear.

Will I see the artwork before it prints?

Always. We email a digital proof within 2–3 business days of receiving your order. You can request unlimited tweaks, and nothing prints until you say it's perfect.

Can I change my details after ordering?

Yes, at no charge, any time before you approve your proof. Just reply to your proof email or contact us. After approval, the piece is printed exactly as approved.

Sizes & materials

Which size should I choose?

Our most popular gift size is 24" × 16" — large enough to feel special and versatile enough for almost any wall. Choose 30" × 20" or 36" × 24" as a statement piece above a sofa, bed, or console, and 12" × 8" or 18" × 12" for shelves, desks, and gallery walls. Each product page has a size guide with room suggestions.

Landscape or portrait?

Match the orientation to your photo. Wide group shots suit landscape; a photo of two people close together or a tall pose often suits portrait. If you're unsure, upload your photo and we'll recommend the best fit on your proof.

What are the canvases made of?

Archival, fade-resistant pigment inks on thick artist-grade canvas, gallery-wrapped by hand around a solid 1.25" wood frame with mirrored edges. Hanging hardware is pre-installed.

Where are they made?

Every canvas is printed, stretched, and inspected in the USA, then shipped domestically.

Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?

Proof in 2–3 business days, production in 3–5 business days after you approve, and 3–7 business days for standard US delivery — most orders arrive 2–3 weeks after proof approval. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on US orders over $75; $6.95 flat rate under $75.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, a tracking link is emailed the moment your canvas ships.

Returns & guarantees

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No returns needed.

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if anything is wrong — damage, a defect, or a difference from your approved proof — we make it right. Full details in our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes: within 24 hours of ordering for any reason, or any time before you approve your proof. Once approved, production starts and the order can't be cancelled.
