Customzone LLC, doing business as Love & Always ("Love & Always," "we," "us," or "our"), operates www.loveandalways.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, place an order, or communicate with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. Our Site is hosted by Shopify Inc., which processes data on our behalf.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you order, create an account, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, payment details (processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number), and the personalization details you give us — including the photographs, names, dates, and messages used to create your custom canvas.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, and interactions with the Site, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, advertising platforms, and analytics providers to help us fulfil orders, prevent fraud, and understand how our marketing performs.
2. Your Photos & Personalization Details
Photographs and personal details you upload are used solely to design, proof, produce, and deliver your order and to provide customer support. They are shared only with the artists and print partners who create your piece, each of whom is bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell customer photos, and we do not use them in marketing or on social media without your explicit permission. We retain order artwork for a reasonable period so that we can reprint replacements if needed, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process payments, fulfil and ship your orders, send proofs, and provide order updates;
- To provide customer service and respond to your questions;
- To send marketing emails or texts you have opted in to (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To show you relevant advertising on other websites and platforms and to measure the performance of our ads;
- To analyze and improve the Site, our products, and our services;
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your cart, understand how visitors use the Site, and deliver and measure advertising. Specifically, we may use:
- Shopify analytics to understand store traffic and sales;
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (including conversion tracking and remarketing) to measure our campaigns and show you our ads on Google and partner sites. We use industry-standard safeguards, including SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing through Shopify, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your data.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other U.S. states with privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing support@loveandalways.com or using our Your Privacy Choices page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding. The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Photographs of children may be included in artwork only when uploaded by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of creating a custom product.

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
