Refund & Reprint Policy

Every Love & Always canvas is made to order from your photo, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or photos supplied in low resolution.

We'll make it right if anything goes wrong

If your canvas arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or doesn't match the design you approved, email support@loveandalways.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Before we print

You can change your photo, names, dates, or size at no cost any time before production starts (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Once printing has begun, changes can't be made.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has started and the order can't be cancelled.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
