Shipping Policy

Free shipping in the United States

Every order ships free to any US address. We currently ship within the United States only.

How long it takes

Because each canvas is painted and printed to order, please allow:

• Production: 3-5 business days after you place your order
• Shipping: 5-8 business days once it leaves our print studio

Most customers receive their canvas within 8-13 business days of ordering. During holiday periods (November-December) add 3-5 business days. If you need a canvas by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your canvas ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to show its first scan.

Packaging

Canvases ship in a rigid, corner-protected box designed for wall art. If yours arrives damaged, see our Refund & Reprint Policy: we replace it free.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once at no charge; a second reship is charged at cost.
